It is with heavy hearts that we are writing to announce that the 2020 Cranberry Blossom Festival June 18th – 21st has been canceled. Many of the events involve planning and scheduling months in advance and the uncertainty related to COVID-19 and the restrictions on public gathering make re-scheduling difficult.
In addition, the Cranberry Blossom Festival is 100% funded by local businesses and events are run by dedicated community organizations and volunteers. Many businesses and organizations are facing hardships and we wish to acknowledge their support and be respectful of their needs.
This was not an easy decision. We recognize the importance art, music, shopping, food and fun have for our residents and visitors. For over 13 years the Cranberry Blossom Festival has hosted thousands to celebrate our blossoming community.
We are uplifted by the gracious support of our sponsors and event coordinators in uncertain times. And, we are hopeful that together our community will find creative opportunities to once again celebrate once it is safe to gather.
